Hiring this lawyer was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Communication was terrible — he rarely returned calls or emails, and when he did, the answers were rushed and unhelpful. I was billed for services I don’t believe were ever actually provided, and nothing was ever explained in detail. Instead of giving me confidence, he made me feel ignored and taken advantage of. If you’re looking for someone who will actually fight for you and keep you informed, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Currently drafting a BAR Complaint. I paid David $2500. To represent me for a misd. Free speech Case. After I retained Mr Kaylor He went on vacation out of the country for approx. 2 months dropped Me as a client less than 24 hours prior to a motion to dismiss hearing. Mr Kaylor has to be the most incompetent and biased attorney in all of Polk Co.. He promised a full refund yesterday but now renigged on giving Me a refund. Stay clear of this Plea deal maker. If You don't accept a plea He won't work for You. I use My real name therefore look up the court record for Yourself. His wife is a crooked judge and his son is a ASA therefore He is EXTREMELY BIASED. Stay away as He is nothing but drama and trouble. I'm not sure what trailer park they pulled Him from but this incompetent D.F. should not be a ATTY... Names D.O.B. and full addresses of Tyrants here in Polk Co. Coming to review sites near You...

Take my word do not use this firm my daughter recently had a unfortunate incident that needed a good attorney for so we hired Kaylor they never returned my calls my daughter 😒 ended up get prison time because these guy's didn't do there job properly 😒 so think twice about using Kaylor lawyers because I will ever use them again because now my daughter is serving prison time for something she never done and they couldn't prove that she was innocents slackers i and payed"Big "money for her case what a rip off 😪 i pretty much got robbed hopefully I can save people money before they get someone else for there hard earn money a court appointed attorney could have done better.

Don't waste your time calling them unless you have thousands of dollars to dish out before they will even ask for the facts about the case. They could care less about people's well-being. It's all about the money for them. I have NEVER talked to a more arrangement person in my life. I understand requiring a retainer up front but demanding payment in full for what he thinks it will cost. The case is being dropped asap but he didn't want to hear that. They are the reason people having such a negative attitude about attorneys. Too bad he told me all the money or no help. He could have cared less about the defendant and their well being. I would have had no problem paying a retainer for a case that is going to be dropped, so easy money for them. But their response just proves that it's ALL about the money and doesn't matter about the case or how easy it would be to take care of. I pray that my spouse doesn't do anything drastic before the public defenders office helps next week. That will be blood on their hands but after talking to him. He won't lose a second of sleep over it. I will pray for his sole

David Kaylor is first an Honest man! Went out of his way to assist me in answering questions that attorneys would normally charge and arm for. His assistant was so awesome too. She was quick to assist him on getting information to me in real time as she was looking into things upon his request.
